Cancellation Policy

By booking a cleaning service with Quick Clean ATL, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy. Cancellations made 48+ hours before your appointment may receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be charged 50% of the service total. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, same-day cancellations, and no-shows may be charged 100% of the service total. If our cleaner has already been dispatched, the appointment may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee and are based on availability. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact Quick Clean ATL before requesting a refund or filing a payment dispute. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, provide an opportunity to correct the issue through a re-clean. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated based on the circumstances, services purchased, and agreed-upon scope of work. Services outside the original booking are not eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If our cleaner cannot enter because of locked doors, incorrect access information, unavailable keys/codes, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside Quick Clean ATL's control, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation/no-show and charged up to 100% of the service total. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Please contact Quick Clean ATL before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve legitimate concerns directly. If a chargeback is filed, Quick Clean ATL reserves the right to provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant documentation, including booking confirmations, customer communications, payment records, cancellation records, and proof of service. Filing a chargeback does not automatically cancel a valid balance owed for services provided or cancellation fees agreed to at booking. Agreement By booking with Quick Clean ATL, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. Quick Clean ATL reserves the right to refuse future bookings for repeated no-shows, excessive cancellations, fraudulent disputes, or abuse of the refund policy.
